Flights are NOT included in our packages unless stated otherwise in the package. 

Our trips generally include accommodations, transportation to and from activities and excursions, some meals, activities and excursions, tour guides and airport transfers. Please read the full list of what is included in each package on our website.

You should book your flight after we have sent you a confirmation via email for your booking with us. Please verify arrival airport by checking the trip information that is provided to you via email once you have booked your trip with us. It is also important to check the trip itinerary to make sure your flight aligns with the travel schedule.

Yes, a downpayment is required upon booking your trip with us. Down payment amounts vary depending on the cost of the trip.

All travelers must have a valid passport for most if not all international travel and many countries require at least six months validity from the date of return. You may also need a visa to the country you are traveling to. It is the traveler’s responsibility to make sure they have all required travel documents.

We do not accept any responsibility nor are we responsible if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa, Covid-19 related or immigration. requirements

All trip packages come with travel insurance. You may purchase additional coverage to cover additional expenses not covered by the trip insurance provided by us.  Excursion Escapes is not personally responsible for any losses you incur or sustain, nor are we responsible for any expenses accumulated before, during or after your trip. All claims must be filed with our partnered insurance provider.

Accommodations will vary from trip to trip, and this is due to the type of trip, location, group size and other variations. But Excursion Escapes will only provide hotels that are four stars and above with the best hospitality and service to accommodate all our guests.

We will provide the full detailed itinerary including hotel and transportation details at least 2 weeks prior to your trip including all necessary travel information. Upon arrival to the hotel a QR code will be given to all travelers as things sometimes can change and this allows you to have updated information available to you in real time.

Yes! Solo travelers are welcomed on our group trips. We encourage this actually as this is one of the best ways for travelers to meet other travelers and make new friends.

We mostly accommodate small groups totaling 10-25 people. But occasionally there may be less travelers or slightly more on a trip.

Between the ages of 28 – 45.

Unless you request to be roomed with someone specifically, you will be paired with another solo traveler to sleep in a shared twin accommodation. If you are uncomfortable with sharing a room, you can book a single room for additional cost. Private rooms are very limited so they cannot be guaranteed if you do not book them initially. If available after you book your trip, we will change it to a private room at an additional cost.

After booking with us you will receive a confirmation email of your secured booking with us. As well as the full day-to-day itinerary and additional information about the trip. Two weeks prior we will also send you a form to be completed. Please provide us with the airline and arrival time and other important information we request to ensure a smooth arrival. We will also request some personality information that will assist us with roommate paring alone with dietary restrictions to pass alone to the hotel and other partners who will be providing meals on the trip.

Yes, payment plans are available. A onetime non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking. Once you have paid the deposit, your spot on the trip is secured. You will have the option to choose an automatic payment plan. If you choose not to use this plan, we will then send you an invoice after the first deposit with the dates that payment is required. If you make your booking after the last payment plan date, the full amount will be due upon booking.

Unfortunately due to vendor agreements, contracts, and pre-paid non-refundable bookings for tours, we will not be able to give you a full refund or transfer you to another trip if you are unable to attend. Same rules apply for any and all Covid-19 related situations because it is out of our control.

If the trip gets cancelled due to COVID-19 (or similar), we will reschedule the entire trip to another date. You will get the full value of your trip on the new dates. Itinerary is subject to change.

If cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, you will receive your full refund. If your booking is cancelled any later than 48 hours after booking you will forfeit your right to a full refund.

If you still decide to cancel after 48 hours (no refund option available), you can transfer your booking to another guest. It is your responsibility to find another traveler to transfer your booking with us. Excursion Escapes is not responsible for transferring bookings to new guests and will not refund you if you cannot find another traveler to replace you. You and the new traveler must work out the payments between yourselves, Excursion Escapes will not be involved in any transfer parties of any kind. 

We are a US registered travel company that is in Atlanta, GA. But we have worldwide partnerships within all the countries that we provide trip packages. Our partnerships are with local travel companies, local tour guides, hotels and much more.
